Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Anderson Venture Holdings LLC, doing business as Prairie Labs (“Prairie Labs,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit the Prairie Labs website (the “Site”), contact us, or use Prairie Labs AI employees (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a demo, email or call us, or sign up for the Services, we collect what you share — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, plus billing details if you become a customer.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the Site running and secure.
Information handled by a Prairie Labs AI employee. When a business uses a Prairie Labs AI employee, the agent processes what that business’s customers share with it — for example call audio and transcripts, messages, names, phone numbers, email addresses and appointment details.
2. When we act for a business customer
For information a Prairie Labs AI employee handles on a business’s behalf, that business decides what is collected and why, and we process it on their instructions as their service provider. If you spoke or messaged with a Prairie Labs AI employee that represents a business, please contact that business about your information; we will help them respond to your request.
3. How we use information
- to provide, operate, maintain and support the Services;
- to respond to enquiries and schedule demos;
- to bill customers and manage accounts;
- to monitor, secure and improve the Site and Services, and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- to send service messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of at any time;
- to comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
We do not use information a Prairie Labs AI employee handles for a business customer to train AI models for anyone else.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run the Services — such as cloud hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, AI model providers and payment processors — under contracts that limit their use of it;
- with the business customer on whose behalf a Prairie Labs AI employee handled it;
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Prairie Labs, our customers or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as a business customer instructs us for the information we handle on its behalf, and then delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may also use an authorised agent where the law allows.
9. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do, and for material changes we will give account holders notice.
